Resident Engineer - Roads - Cape Town
PrEng or PrTech Eng registered civil engineer with a minimum of 5 years post registration experience as a resident engineer on roads. Proven track record of project management, roads earthworks, safety, layer design & work, testing, client relationship and site administration.
Previous SANRAL experience is a requirement. Must be prepared to travel anywhere in South Africa.
Permanent or contract position with normal company benefits, salary is market related.

Senior Resident Engineer - Roads - Pietermaritzburg
PrEng or PrTech Eng registered civil engineer with 10 - 20 years experience as a resident engineer on major roads or highways. Proven track record of project management, safety, roads earthworks, layer design & work, roads testing, client relationships. Previous SANRAL experience would be a good advantage. Must be prepared to travel. Permanent position, salary negotiable.
Duties:
Monitor site work, safety, compliance with design, laboratory testing, report writing, problem solving, client relationships, be willing to mentor younger engineers, site administration and attending meetings. The incumbent will have to be prepared to travel and live on or near the sites, the sites will include South Africa and most SADC countries.
